The who recommendations are folic acid 400 to 500 micrograms but in india it is better to take folic acid 5 mg to prevent neural tube defects in new born I recommend 5 mg only folic acid with trimethyl glycine it prevents hyperhomocystinemia also folmet by nouveau medicament you will be fine.
