I have been taking escitalopram for 2.5 years I am on holiday and have forgotten to bring them will I be ok without them for 4 days.

Dear lybrate-user, what is the dose of escitalopram? If it 10 mg or less, it is okay without withdrawal symptoms. Since holiday might bring up mood changes, probably you may be okay. Anyway test and see. You can restart if you get your symptoms again. All the best.

You should be okay without them for 4 days, although it would have been appropriate to take the medications with you on your holiday.
