I am diabetic for last 20 years. My diabetes is under control thru medicine and insulin. I had undergone embolectomy in one of my leg for removal of 7 cm. Clot. Presently I am on blood thinners (ecosprin) and anti coagulants (acitrom 3/4). I am using soya refined oil as a cooking medium. I hear rice bran oil is a better proposition. Please advise. My age is 63 years.
