My mother 47 years old. She had 2 c section on his 21 age and 25 age. She sexually inactive last 20 years. Now a problem is burning sensation in urinary area and around vaginal area. 1,burning sensation urine area when frequent urination symptoms. 2, sometimes burning sensation in vaginal area only after urine passed all symptoms are from last 9 sep. Urine routine is normal and ultrasound scan is normal. Urology suggest ceftum 250 mg 4 tablet for 2 days. Faronem 200 mg for 6 tablet for 3 days. But not cure. Gynaecologist prescribed onabet b cream for 5 days but not cure. Another gynaecologist prescribed drez v cream night and morning. Fenza-l cream night only. flagyl 400 mg 3 times per day all are 5 days. Now completed 3 days. Today symptoms is severe. My mother taken now correct treatment or no. Please answer gynaecologist and urology. I need answer from both department.
