Hi, I have been using loette oc for a year. I got a breakthrough bleeding in August and visited my gynecologist. She said everything was fine but I have hpv slight cell changes (cin1). Now I have another breakthrough bleeding, should I be worried?

in most cases cin1 regresses spontaneously. go for repeat pap smear and HPV testing after 6 months ,if it has regressed then go for annual checkups. if it has not regressed or has progressed to cin2 then you should go for colposcopy guided biopsy
