I'm 28 years. I have pimples on my outer labia. I had them since I started growing up. I have many small and few big ones. The big ones has pus like things inside and hurt when ripe, I squeeze them and those white pus comes out, for the small ones when early detected, a bean like sac comes out and there is white creams dry pus things. They do not pain, unless pus or sac want to come out. Some are under the skin in the inner thighs close to the vagina. I was born hiv positive. What are they? How do I remove them. Antibiotics don't help. They are embarrassing.
