I have sex with a sex worker but I use condom when I finish the intercourse but the condom is totally damage after I start pep treatment (28 days) within 72 hour and I take a 5 test are as 1.hiv combo test immediately after pep treatment finish. 2.hiv dna pcr test 48 days after exposure (mean18 days after pep treatment finish) 3.hiv combo test 60 days after exposure (mean 30 days after pep treatment finish) 4.hiv combo test 85 days after exposure (mean 55 days after pep treatment finish) 5.hiv combo test 124 days after exposure (mean 94 days after pep treatment finish) including hepatitis b and c, vdrl also. Sir my question is. 1.it is conclusive or not if not conclusive when should I test it for conclusive 2. Some doctor say pep treatment extend the window period it is right or wrong. 3.co infection with hiv and hepatitis extend the window period of hiv test or not. Sir please tell me about my question.
