Hi! my daughter is 10 years she drank pediasure when she was 9 and she has gained a nice height in this 1 year. But recently someone told me that this milk is not good it has side effects that are harmful. Now there is another daughter of mine of age 13 she is quite short compared to my younger daughter so please inform me should we give her that milk for increasing her height? I am a little afraid.
