Hello lybrate-user, I can understand your dilemma, you can express your breast milk &ask the maid to feed that to baby with wati spoon (no bottle please) you can keep expressed milk in fridge & use it as & when required, only thing is let it come to the room temperature, b4 giving to the baby. Donot boil or reheat the milk, as it will spoil the proteins in it. Alternatively you can give any formula milk available in market but do not start top feeds like easum till baby completes six months of age.
