I am seeing difference in colour of my sperm frm white to pale yellow now bit more yellow? I am not taking any tobacco or any addiction but earlier I was using multivitamin, omega capsule bt I stopped it since I saw change in sperm colour first ;. I do not have any disorder like utf, constipation; I include much clean and protein diet and m a gym guy so taking only bcaa and whey protein?
