What and why causes uric acid? Does pain occur in bones and joins in body, if so what to do to prevent uric acid?

Due to excessive purine in the blood stream it causes crystals to deposited in the joints due to metabolic disorder, yes it affect mostly small joints but can effect large joints also, do regular exercise, walking, if you have high uric acid then control your protein intake.
