During the pregnancy I am facing bleeding problem. Sometimes I don't know where is blood coming from period place and piles problem. Dr. Gave me the duphaston, pause 500, nidagen200. Is this safe in pregnancy if the bleeding reason is piles.

It is quite common to have piles during pregnancy. Once you deliver the baby, it will subside. Try to keep your stool soft .good diet and sometimes laxatives will help. Also take hot seitz bath. Apply an ointment. Mild bleeding during pregnancy is absolutely safe. Daflon 500 tab sometimes help a lot.

Increased intra abdominal pressure during pregnancy can cause piles wait for your delivery and then observe in case if you have excessive bleeding causing drop in haemoglobin then you may need a surgery.
