Hello doctors! I have a doubt: what will happen if someone who has just recovered from typhoid fever and uses my things (like drinking from my water bottle)? Or if I come in contact with the person?s handkerchief, other personal things? Or if the person sneezes while being near to me? I know that typhoid spreads to others through water or food contaminated with excrement. But is there any other way through which typhoid can make it?s way into people?s bodies? Please advise if there are any precautionary measures to be taken. Thanks, aravinth.
