I believe I have nasal vestibulitis. The right side of the tip of my nose has been very tender to the touch for over a week. Also the tip of my nose is very red. I have a bump on the inside of my right nostril that is very sore. I was going to pick up some bacitracin to try before resorting to see my doctor. I just am confused on how it should be applied, how often and for how long? Some sites said to only apply topically only on the outside of your nose. Some said apply directly to the vestibule inside. If I am to apply it inside the nostril should I apply to both nostrils? It's only the right one that hurts.
