Hi, I am male, 36, I have bilateral hydrocele from last 9 month after inguinal hernia laparoscopy surgery. We have ultrasound then and found hydrocele on both testis with right testis more, no pain but it enlarge mostly. Just want to know if can hydrocele cure without surgery or is it cure with homeopathic treatment also? And if surgery is only option so what should be approx cost and how much days will it recover?
