Recently. Since a few weeks. I have been seeing small red spots like rashes on my penile head. It appears and vanishes from time to time. After I masturbate it appears again and then vanishes the next day .but then it can be seen. I clean it everyday .but it does not go away. There are no other much symptoms. But there is itchiness very rarely.
