I have been having sharp stabbing pains in my lower left abdomen, it can be sensitive to the touch as well and have been bleeding for a little over two weeks. I do not have a regular period because I have the mirena birth control. Sometimes its a heavy bleeding other times its not even enough for a pad. Sex hurts and is uncomfortable because of the bleeding and pain.
