Slight discomfort in my left testicle. Was recently diagnosed with left epididymitis, it went away with antibiotics. As of now, there is no pain but just a slight discomfort in the same testicle. Should I take the same medicines again that I took last time? What should I do? I'm very worried.

Use a scrotal supporter, take a short course of an anti-inflammatory like trypsin, chymotrypsin if discomfort persists then get a testicular ultrasound + color doppler done.
