I am 24 years old wanted to know why I bleed even more when I take sylate tablets and if I could combine primolut n and duphaston while pregnant.

More bleeding in spite of sylate in pregnancy means you are in the process of miscarriage. Just do an ultrasound to find out whether the pregnancy is inevitable or can be saved. You can use duphaston but stop primolute n as its not not given during pregnancy.
