From last 3 months I am out of country. Doctor has prescribed the jubiglim m1 for the sugar. But I forgot to take medicine in between in last 3 months so not sure how to take the medicine. As I remember he ask me to take 1 pill before breakfast but not sure when the 2nd pill s after breakfast or evening before dinner. Please advise.
