Hey there, I am 19 year old boy. I have sleeping problem from childhood. I can't able to sleep in night. I have to wait till 4 am to fall asleep everyday. Sleeping pills like zolfresh 0.5, restyl0. 5, etibliss 0.5 I tried but after taking pill also I am awake. Should I use healthvit melatonin 10 mg?

yesyou can take in small dose , however there are some excellent source of naturally occurring melatonin in foods fruits and vegetables tart cherry ,corn , asparagus, tomatoes promegranate , olive grapes broccoli and cucumber Grains barley ,rice and roled Oates nuts and seeds walnuts and peanut , sunflowers seeds mustard seed and flaxseed
