I had chronic ankle instability. I had been given prp injection 1 month ago. Now the doctor had prescribed me hilin gm tablets for ankle so is the tablets are okay to take? Plzz tell about tablets. I am 19 years old.

Tablet is ok. Bt you should counslt to physiotherpist. They will deal it better.

If you are diagnosed of having chronic ankle instability, you don't need prp or tablets. You need to get the instability treated by consulting an orthopedic surgeon and getting evaluated with x rays and mri. If it's a high grade injury, you get operated or you may have arthritis. Thanks cvt.
