I am having kidney stone and my doc prescribed med dynapres 0.4 capsule pr is it safe to continue or should I stop taking this? Bcoz as side effect of this med when I ejaculate no semen came out and i'm taking this medicine since 13 days also my doc is out of country please help with this.

Dynapres) include dizziness, headache, asthenia, postural hypotension, rhinitis, and sexual dysfunction. Specifically, sexual dysfunction has been related to changes in ejaculation (either retrograde or diminished ejaculation). Stop it immediately and start herbal supplementation to flush out its effects from the system.
