Haiii doctor I am 18 weeks pregnant my bp level is 140/80 can you please help how to control it. My daily food in mrng at 7: 30 1 glass milk and 6 badam ,mrng 9: 00 tiffen, at 11; 30 2 oranges, afternoon 1: 30 lunch and 1 banana ,4: 30 buttermilk with out salt, evening 1 apple ,ni8 dinner one pomegranate before bed again 1 glass milk ,i am doing walking mrng 30 min and evening 30 min and doing breathing exercise .should I change any food in this? How to control bp level in home remedies and this bp level is dangerous?

Hello mam. Include proteins. Restrict salt. Check bp regularly. Also don't forget to check your urine for albumin regularly once you are 20 weeks. Take adequate rest.
