My platelet count is very low i.e. Around 20000. It goes up when I take steroid (auradex 8 mg) 20 mg once in a week. And again it comes down when steroid is stopped. I am under treatment of Dr. fouzia n a at cmc vellore since last 2 years. All the other tests are normal including bone marrow. Please suggest.
