Me and my husband had sex on 3 december and I took unwanted 72 within 2-3 hours and I had my regular period on 11 december and I took allegra 180 for 10 days in december last, now it?s 15 january and my periods have not started what could be the reason for delay in periods.

Hello. Periods often becomes irregular or delayed following intake of ipill. Also periods may be delayed as a result of stress and anxiety. Wait for two weeks beyond your expected date and if periods doesn’t occur than do the following: urine for pregnancy test usg lower abdomen and blood for cbc, tsh and prolactin.
