My doctor recommended me susten 400 for vaginal/oral / rectal use. And I am not pregnant till now and my last date of ovulation was 13 of jan and today is 18. Actually I am confused how to use this medicine. Do I hv to take it water thru mouth or insert in my vagina.

It's insert vagina is best that tablet it's a progesterone medicine.

you can take it orally with water or take it vaginally. it's more effective if taken vaginally.it will be better if you take it vaginally at night before going to bed

Capsule susten can be used orally as well as vaginal insert too. You can use it in any way which feels comfortable to you/. If you are using it vaginally, please ensure you wash your hands before and after the procedure to prevent any infection.
