Hi, basically whenever I get aroused and feel horny, my lower abdomen starts to get really painful and so does my testis. This all started when I needed to urinate badly but I decided to masturbate first, after I ejaculated I was in pain in my lower abdomen. The pain is worse when I stand up and move around and very tender to touch. Why am I getting this pain, it has been over 2 weeks now. The pain does relive when I masturbate and ejaculate, but sometimes in the day I get random pains in the lower left stomach and groin. I am 20 years old and otherwise fit and healthy.
