I met commercial sex worker with protection, after sex immediately I remove condom but I touched external side of condom that means I touch vaginal fluids outside condom with same hand I touch my penis openings and urethra. Is there any risk of hiv associated with this activity please anyone suggest me I am scared. Of course I had washed my penis with water with same hand and went to pee after an hour. One counsellor also told me that hiv not transmits like this and even if you pour a infected blood on your penis then there in also negligible chance please tell me what is true.

Yes, it is very less likely to get infection by that. But as you are having doubts why don't you take the test and confirm. It does not take much of it.
