I have external hemorrhoids and it burst and bleeding occurs. Can I use cream gel (diltiazem hydrochloride gel) for pain relief or does I need a surgery.

You need to be examined by surgeon and proctoscopy to be done to find out what exactly the disease is, only after that treatment can be stated, by the time you can take plenty of fluids orally fibre rich diet to keep your stool soft.

External hemorrhoids should be managed by surgery only as medical line of management will not help you much. Recurrent bleeding will lead to anaemia. Ice packing will help for pain relief.

Avoid constipation. No fried/ junk/ spicy food no alcohol no smoking walk 30 mts daily do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts take more water for medicine contact on private consultation good luck.

When it burst no cream is useful go ahead with surgery you can go ahead with painless surgeries like laser now days it is cheaper it cost you 20k.
