Hello sir my uncle have heavy pain in stomach. His ultrasound report impression is - liver- liver is enlarged in size. Two hypoechoic lesion are seen in liver. Findings are s/o.cystic lesions in pancreas with simple right renal cysts with mild hepatomegaly with? Secondaries liver. Can you tell me about this whats problem? And please suggest what's can do? please reply fast.
