Can I go for an angiogram when I am taking anti platelet medicines like clopidogrel and aspirin.

Yes you can go for angiography. Now -a-days, it can be done through radial artery so risk of hematoma/ pseudo aneurysm is lesser as compared to femoral route especially when you are taking anti platelets/ blood thinners.
