I am 30 yrs, took a punch (blow) to the chest a week ago, thought it wasn't anything serious and got a couple of painkillers to get rid of the pain, have also tried using ointment but the pain persist. Now the pain is so severe I feel it while breathing, turning my body around, moving my arms and at times while walking.
