I am 30 week pregnant my afi 10 cm Dr. has prescribed argipreg sachet twice a day n alamin forte twice a day, is it necessary to have sachet twice n what it does?

Hi lybrate-user, hope you r doing well nd appreciated your baby movement as well, afi 10 is not considered "low" alamin forte and argipreg are amino acids (smallest fraction of protein) it is given to improve liquor volume but not proven so surely till now ,generally given two times a day without any harm. U can continue taking this but what necessary is to repeat scan after 2 week if your doctor feel afi a little less on last scan.
