Hi lybrate-user very noble of you to adopt. But since your body hasn't had the natural priming with hormones so it's better you top feed please don't resort to taking medicines like that. Such is an abnormal milk discharge galactuagogues are used to increase milk production in lactating mothers. You have never lactated so stick to top feed!
