In the morning, I don't feel urge to go to the latrine, but waiting 15-20 minutes, I go but stool doesn't pass completely. It takes more time, but I don't feel fresh. Stool is normal but looks little loose. After 1-2 hours, I feel pressure but stool doesn't pass. I tried triphala churna, but stomach didn't clean. I met a doctor, he prescribed me -gut ok capsules, strensil 0.25 mg,ornilox tab, gramocef dsr, flax powder composition isabgol. When I used these medications, it irritated my symptoms more. I have excellent appetite and eat more but unable in gaining weight. I feel fatigue in the morning. I drink water upto 6-7 litres per day. If this is ibs, what is the temporary treatment.

Looks more like fecal evacuation disorder. Laxatives containing polyethylene glycol (peg) are good for temporary relief. If its a long term problem, further evaluation with anorectal manometry is advisable.
