Suffering from ringworm infection from last 1 month in lower body. Some red and brown colored marks on legs and genital area. After consulting a dermatologist took itramed 200 mg for 3 weeks, allegra 180 mg taking for itching, applied abzorb powder for 2 weeks after bath daily and now applying sebifin cream 2 times a day from last 10 days. Also applying coconut oil before bathing. Bathing with zyndet soap daily. Daily washing clothes and towels but marks are not clearing yet. What shall I do continue applying sebifin cream or any alternative treatment. Please suggest.

Query received after 2 1/2 months. Treatment is OK See for any contacts or unclean bedcovers, no use of polyfibre clothes or denims. Use cotton clothes . For periodic regular follow up keep showing same deramatologist for review of diagnosis or treatment
