I fasted for 12 hours and checked my blood glucose using accu-chek active. It shows 93 as the reading. I know that pre-diabetic is when the reading is above 100. Am I close to being pre-diabetic? Should I be worried? What steps can I take to reduce my blood sugar? Or is it insulin resistance?
