I am having small painless lump on my outer surface of right eye lid. No pain, redness and swelling. Sometimes lacrimation, and irritation what to do?

Dear user, it could be a chalazion or an entropion. It is a bacterial infection that will resolve after a course of antibiotics are taken. You can visit an ophthalmologist for this issue.
