My son is a year old now. Since few days my milk production seems to be getting less. Will it be fine to take lactare to increase lactation?

more than one year there is no requirement for breastfeeding you can give other foods and start making your child grow more over if you are going to breastfeed after 1 year the calcium and vitamin D3 content in your body will go down so better take supplements and I don't want you to take lactare or galact granules to make your your breast feeding increase because it is time to switch over to normal food for the baby which needs more growth and attention because whatever in breast milk is not adequate for the one year kid
