My two months old daughter mistakenly given pneumovax23 vaccine instead of prevenar13 yesterday. But it is known that pneumovax23 is not effective for child less than 2 years old. Now what to do to rectify. And what time interval should be there before starting with prevenar13?

Take 4 weeks gap for taking prevenar 13. Pneumovax 23 contains more serotype - 23 but because it is polysaccharide vaccine so it is less antigenic i.e build less immunity. But it is safer so recommended for immunocompromised childrens and adults. So don't worry.
