My mom ,50 yrs, has piles. It is recurrent for past 4 years, shows itself during the summers when she applies pilex cream and then it disappears to come back next summer. She mentions that there is always some small mass protruding from her anus at all times even if there is no pain during other times when she is not suffering from piles. This year her itching sensation has increased. She feels like there is some discharge which trickles down and she feels immense itching sensation and hence she has some rawness around her anus and redness which is seen even in her stitches she had during childbirth. Please advice as to how to relieve her of this itchiness and soreness.
