I am 27 years old, married for 2.5 years, having pcod and trying to conceive. I am feeling low libido nowadays. Also I feel vaginal dryness and no vaginal discharge in recent days. I feel difficult to have intercourse as I am not getting vaginal mucus. I took letrozole and metformin this cycle for ovulation. But didn't ovulate and didn't get period. Due to lighten I cannot contact my doctor. I don't know why I am feeling low sexual arousal. I heard that low estrogen levels may cause low libido and wetness problem in vagina. Is that true? Should I take a blood test? What medicines I should take to increase estrogen levels? I am really worried that my partner is disappointed. With my health.

You may need to increase the dose of letroze and you may need to add gonadotropins to ovulate. But you need to do ovulation monitoring when you are on these medicines, so it is better to start them later when monitoring facilities are available.
