I am 19 years old, and my right ear is paining, I was used ciplox ear drops before 2 days, and I was take medicine also of ear pain yesterday, but its not give me relief, please suggest me some medicine for relief pain?

Mr. lybrate-user, ciplox ear drops are antibiotic drops and are not indicated for earache. Meanwhile, you can try steam inhalation which might help relieve your pain. If the pain still persists kindly consult online.

Only pain relief may not cure the probable infection in your ear which if untreated may cause harm to your eardrum.

Hello lybrate-user. Thank you for your query. Simple ear drops would not help your problem as ear pain can be due to a variety of reasons. I would like the following questions answered for an objective assessment of your problem. 1. Do you have any itching or feeling of heavyness in the ear. 2. Do you have any cold or recurrent sneezing? 3. Is pain associated with any fever? 4. Do you suffer from ear wax problem often. 5. Is the pain also associated with a hearing loss or difficulty hearing. For the time being take any pain killer like combiflam and revert back with the answers for a comprehensive solution to your problem.
