Hi doc. My name is gazi (male )and I am 27 years old. Last 5 years I have ulcerative colitis. My main problem is bleeding form rectal when I take prednisolone I am fine eg. Start with 40 mg reduce and stop with 5 mg so 8x5 = 40 days and. Max 3 months more I am fine after that again start bleeding also continues with mesacol 1.2 also I took azathioprine (azoran) but those medicine can't stop bleeding only prednisolone is a solution for me what can I do. And if I start taking prednisolone again is that any problem? In a year how many time I can take prednisolone and other medicine available? In 5 year I took 8-10 time pendisilone thats in advance :) let me know the solution.
