I had a normal delivery a year back. Post delivery I had anal fissure problem where I used cremaffin & pilex ointment & it was healed. But now again same problem & I can feel a stalk like skin growth near anal opening, I repeated same medicine but it didn't cure. Then I consulted other doctor & he prescribed gutwash, sulcralcoat ano cream & tryple-d tablet where the problem was ok for about 10 days. I used to drink around 6-8litres of water per day & it caused loose motion nearly 3-4 times per day. So gradually I stopped taking these medicine but the problem reoccurred. So I am taking oly light food, I am afraid that taking these medicine could affect my baby as I am still feeding. Can you please tell me can whether this problem be cured without undergoing surgery?& wt is that skin growth near anus & y is this caused? Help me out to get rid of this problem?

Skin growth is the sign. Of chronic fissure and surgery is indicated for it though real picture will clear only after examination. But there is no urgency .do some regular exercise take high fibre diet .water intake should be 3-4lt .fruits and salads with all meal and some light laxative at bed time should help you .local ointment like diltigesic can be applied after sitz bath.
