Prone to anal fissure. Lis surgery done 3 years ago. Ibs patient currently got hard stool though regular stool pass. Laxit plus taken, feeling intense urge but stool is not coming. I am scared to give strain if again anal fissure occurs. I rarely get hard stool as most of the time stool is soft semi-solid. Please tell what I should do to soften hard stool and easily pass to avoid painful anal fissure?
