lybrate-user you can increase dose of creammafin suspension and also one can use glycerine suppositorie if required. First you have to improve diet of child. Stop topmilk and biscuits if you are giving it. Increase liquid diet and high fiber diet. Sometimes imbalance of thyroid hormone also the cause. If child not improve then consult doctor.

You should give high fibre diet (green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and vegetables) along with sufficient amount of water to your baby if the stools are very hard, or there is bleeding from cuts due to laceration, baby might require additional medications. Dose will depend on the weight of the baby. In very severe cases a suppository (medicine to be put in baby's rectum? May be required.

You should do diet changes. Give 1 litre water and fluids per day and one or two banana daily evening. Give more vegetables like carrot daily. Medicines are for temporary relief in extreme conditions.
