Hello myself divya I am diagnosed with pcos as I am ttc from 4 months with no luck. I was advised to take this medication clomifene citrate 50 mg from this cycle from 3rd day of my periods i.e yesterday 28/4/2020 my lmp was on 26th of april then I was told to take susten 400 mg daily 1 tab for 15 days from 15th day I would like to know what is the success rate of this medication as I starting from this month please guide me please respond me asap.

Ideally after taking clomiphene, you should have follicular study to see if the drug is acting on you and when actually you should start susten. However, because of lock down this monitoring is not possible.Nevertheless, you should take it. in one month the chance of pregnancy is 15%. That means out of 100 women taking this, 15 can conceive after one month. Therefore, if you can't conceive after one month, you can take it for next 3-4 months.

yes .... combine next time with ovulation induction with follicular monitoring and timed Intercourse
