I am suffer from excess urination from 6 month in 1 month about 7-8 days I have to go for excess urination in 1 day I have to go for 15-20 times for urine at that period after coming from urine I drink water also frequently I have done urine culture and sensitivity and complete urine examination all are normal my ultrasound is also normal pvr is only 08 cc, only small diverticulum are seen in urinary bladder, after that uroflowmetry report but it show poor flow but I passed 121 ml urine only and I observe that at my home while urinating flow go far away so it all shows some little bit prob what I can do till yet I am using mirago-50 and flodart o.4 once in morning should I have to increase its dose and second thing why I am facing this prob please reply what to do.

Require uds. Its may be neurogenic. When you are taking mirago flow becomes slow. Better to do bladder diary.

I think a uroflowmetry with 121 ml voided urine is not clinically apt. Please get a repeat uroflowmetry and send the graph. Also do you have any constipation or backache. I would also advise a random blood sugar and a voiding diary (easily available on the internet) to complete your evaluation. Get well soon!!
